Shannon Waltchack (SW) is thrilled to introduce Joe Denis, the new Vice President – Property Operations. With a distinguished background in commercial property management, Denis brings a wealth of experience and expertise to lead the property management team.
Denis joins SW with over a decade of dedicated service in the real estate industry, with previous roles at Physician’s Realty Trust, Kimco Realty and Hutton Development. His proven track record of success, combined with an innovative approach to property operations, make him an invaluable addition to the SW leadership team.
