Shannon Waltchack affiliates acquire new assets

Shannon Waltchack continues to increase its portfolio with new acquisitions this summer, including two local properties and one near Lake Martin.

  1. Mill Square Shopping Center – Alexander City
    Mill Square Partners, LLC purchased this 87,318 SF shopping center at 1612 Mill Square in Alexander City, Alabama near Lake Martin on Highway 280 and Highway22. The tenant mix is made up of a diverse mix of national tenants, including Tractor Supply Company, Dollar General, and Fresenius Medical Care. This is Shannon Waltchack’s first venture in Alexander City. Andrew Patterson, CCIM represented the buyer. The seller, ACMS, LLC, was represented by Daniel Samford of Samford Properties.
  2. 2317 2nd Avenue South
    2317 2nd Avenue South, LLC purchased the former CW Woods Building, a 6,500 SF recently renovated office/showroom/warehouse located on Birmingham’s Southside. Len Shannon, CCIM represented the buyer.
  3. Hallman Hill
    Hallman Hill Retail, LLC purchased the retail property located at 350 Hallman Hill East in Homewood, AL. After managing this property for the past two years,Shannon Waltchack is pleased to continue managing the three retail bays, totaling 12,500 SF. The property was developed as a part of the Hallman Hill upscale condominium community located in the heart of Uptown Homewood. Shannon Waltchack’s Ali Wilburn represented the buyers.
