Kevin leads the Accounting Team in overall financial management of the Shannon Waltchack portfolio. He oversees financial reporting, human resources, property insurance and investor and banker relations.

Kevin began his career in public accounting, managing SEC filings at ProAssurance Corp. (NYSE: PR) and Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT). Next, he moved into the commercial real estate world, managing $1 billion in real estate assets at Medical Properties Trust (MPW) as the Accounting Manager. Most recently he worked as Controller at local real estate developer, Capital Growth Properties.

Kevin and his wife, JanieMac, have two children, Lawson and Mary Fletcher. They spend time together enjoying the kids’ sports and activities. Kevin loves the great outdoors, especially hiking, camping, farming and offshore fishing.
