Jason Collins joined Shannon Waltchack as Corporate Accountant in January 2022. Jason provides general assistance and oversight of accounting items including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Agent Commissions, Investor Capital Account maintenance, Intercompany transfers, Budget Preparation, Audit Preparation, Investor Reporting, Individual and Consolidated Financial Reporting, General Ledger maintenance, and other Corporate Accounting functions for SW operating entities and funds.

Prior to pursuing a career in accounting, Jason worked as a draftsman in an engineering department for several years. He has been in Birmingham since 2012, where he enjoys spending his time outside of work reading, watching sports and movies, and occasionally taking trips to the beach.
