Alec moved to Birmingham from Clearwater, FL in 2014 to attend Samford University. He graduated in December 2017 with honors and a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Prior to joining Shannon Waltchack, he worked for 3 years in the nonprofit sector.

At Shannon Waltchack, Alec specializes on the building sales team with John Hardin, SIOR, CCIM. He appreciates the opportunity to focus on Birmingham’s CBD, Southside, and Homewood and working with clients who are making Birmingham a better place.

Alec lives in Crestwood North with his wife Sara. They are members of Shades Valley Community Church in West Homewood, where they have attended since 2014. Together they love traveling, being active, exploring Birmingham’s food scene, and spending their time with friends and family.
