We are excited to announce the newest addition to our team: Paul Stone, Associate Property Manager. Paul will support our property management division through the day-to-day operation of Shannon Waltchack’s maintenance department and the delegation of facility management staff and vendors.
Paul is a graduate of the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering at Auburn University and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Shannon Waltchack, Paul was a project manager at Stone Building Company. His current role as Associate Property Manager includes ensuring Shannon Waltchack’s portfolio of properties and tenants are performing properly and issues are addressed in an efficient and effective manner.
Paul is currently pursuing his real estate license and multiple professional delegations. He is an avid outdoorsman and spends any free time working outside.
