Shannon Waltchack Partner and Founder Len Shannon, CCIM, CPM has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,400 commercial real estate professionals.
“This designation is significant and an honor to hold. I look forward to working with other local and national SIOR members to provide the best possible service to my clients,” Shannon said.
The SIOR designation is awarded to practitioners who obtain a five-year level of production in the highly specialized field of industrial/office real estate. Shannon also met the stringent education requirements, and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 630 cities in 42 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
There are approximately 3,400 SIOR designees worldwide, and Len joins the 108 members in the local chapter which includes Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Northwest Florida.
