A group led by Shannon Waltchack acquired a 7,465 SF retail shopping center in West Homewood, located at 701-715 Oak Grove Road.
The center is located across the street from Patriot Park. Tenants include Ash Restaurant, Studio Bham and Magic City Sweet Ice.
The City of Homewood has recently made significant investments in the growing neighborhood, which has seen substantial growth in the last few years, especially with the additions of the Homewood Community Pool @ Patriot Park and Pizzeria GM. The brand-new Homewood Athletic Center, located around the corner, was recently renovated with state-of-the-art tennis, baseball and softball facilities as well as multipurpose fields for Homewood families to enjoy.
