Shannon Waltchack brokered the sale of 2714 20th Street South, the former Metcalf Realty building in Homewood’s highly visible Highway 31/Highway 280 interchange. Michael Murray, CCIM represented the seller, while Len Shannon, SIOR,CCIM represented the buyer, HRPI, LLC.
