The Shannon Waltchack team is comprised of talented individuals with unique skillsets and driving factors that work together to help us succeed. Many of our team members came to Shannon Waltchack after living in larger markets across the country. These members decided to settle with us in Birmingham for many different reasons, but they all seem to have a similar pull to Shannon Waltchack for its unique environment and clear vision for the future.
After college, many people crave a new beginning to launch their careers in big cities with more options and opportunity. Often in years later, they feel a strong pull to their Southern roots to settle closer to family and the nostalgia that they grew up with – family, food, slower pace, better weather and even football. We buy and manage commercial real estate all over the country, so acquiring team members with experience in different areas fuels our arsenal of market knowledge.
