The Birmingham Commercial Real Estate Council (BCRC) won a national award, the Accredited Commercial Excellence trophy from the National Association of REALTORS. Shannon Waltchack Partner, and 2015 BCRC President, Tim Blair received the award from 2014 BAR President and NAR Director Chip Watts.
“BCRC is doing some really good stuff in Birmingham’s Commercial Real Estate community and I’m very excited for our members that their organization has been recognized on a national level,” said Blair.
