Shannon Waltchack brokers Tyler Bradford, CCIM and Keith Shamblin represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease of a 23,400 SF free-standing building in Montgomery’s Eastchase Mall area to Florida gym operator, Amped Fitness. This will be the second location for Amped Fitness in the state of Alabama. Amped will be taking over the former Gold’s Gym space, after they closed many locations throughout Alabama due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amped Fitness is a boutique gym concept which originated in Tampa, FL. They offer high-end fitness amenities such as group classes, personal training, tanning and free childcare with an affordable membership price starting at $9.99 per month.

Shannon Waltchack purchased this former Gold’s Gym location in Montgomery, and will serve as the landlord and property managers at this 23,400 SF location at 2300 Berryhill Road in Montgomery, AL.
