Partner Len Shannon, CCIM was pinned yesterday, earning the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. The Institute of Real Estate Management defines the terms necessary to achieve the CPM certification, the highest level of property management expertise. This honor requires a certain level of experience, classroom courses, ethics and an examination process.
“I think it helps us make better investment decisions when we fully understand the operations side of managing properties,” said Shannon.
With over 27 years of experience owning, managing and representing properties, Shannon decided that earning his CPM would benefit his practices and enable him to to make better investment choices.
Since Shannon received his new designation, Shannon Waltchack has 4 CPMs including partners Andrew Patterson, CCIM, Tim Blair, CCIM and Director of Property Management, Peter Drake.
