Shannon Waltchack has been in growth mode for the past decade. We have been full speed ahead working on the business and what the future will look like, constantly implementing new structures, systems and software. As we continue onward to achieve our next milestone, we decided that it’s time to take a side step and make sure we are maintaining and improving the relationships with those that help us achieve our goals.
Each of our departments -Investments, Brokerage, Property Management/Maintenance, Accounting, and Marketing- serve multiple commercial real estate audiences including investors, third party property owners, brokers, lenders, clients, tenants, vendors, and our internal team. Without the trust and support of these groups, our business would not exist. Throughout 2024, we are committing to focus our mission and our mindset to improving our performance and level of customer service.

Our main focus is buying and selling commercial properties- mainly retail strip centers -and operating a portfolio of retail, office, industrial properties throughout 11 states, and counting. Customer service is a pillar of our core business. Improving relationships and fostering connections is crucial for enhancing this customer service focus. The entire team will collaborating and contributing ideas and expertise in establishing the standard that Shannon Waltchack clients deserve.
The thematic activities will include a quarterly speaker series, monthly departmental discussions, programming at our monthly team meetings, visual reminders, internal newsletter content, and social media posts.
